3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through the official website or an authorized representative.

• Payment must be made in full to confirm a reservation unless otherwise stated.

• We accept various payment methods, which may include debit/credit cards, UPI, or other third-party gateways.

​4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date will be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting transaction or admin charges).

• Cancellations within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable.

• In the event of natural disasters or government restrictions, we may offer rescheduling at no extra cost, subject to availability.

5. Guest Responsibilities

By participating in any of our camping activities, guests agree to:

• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from camp staff.

• Respect nature, fellow campers, and local communities.

• Take full responsibility for personal belongings.

• Avoid littering, drinking alcohol in restricted areas, or any disruptive behavior.

Failure to follow rules may result in eviction from the camp without refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Camp Ganga Riviera is not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage of personal property.

• Injuries, allergic reactions, or accidents resulting from negligence or failure to follow instructions.

• Cancellations or changes due to weather, natural calamities, or governmental orders.
